I am certain that you will fall in love with your purchase! However, if for any reason you have a change of heart, you may return the product (except for earrings*, Hand stamped Jewelry*, or anything custom ordered) for an exchange, within 7 days of the date that your product is purchased, or 30 days of the date from which the item is shipped.

While I do not offer refunds, under any circumstance, I am certain that we can find the right product for you.
*For the well-being of our customers, exchanges or credits are not offered on earrings. Earrings are considered final sale.

Should an item need repair or special cleaning, please contact me immediately for a solution. Should an item be cleaned, or repaired differently than suggested, I am not responsible for possible damages. Should any of this be unclear, do not hesitate to ask for clarification.

In the unlikely event that a refund is granted NOT due to business error, customer will be responsible for a 15-50% restocking fee on the item(s).
In the unlikely event that your jewelry needs repair in the first 30 days upon receiving the item(s), please email Orders@MelissaJewelryAcc.com regarding any repair question you may have. Once the item is returned, you will be notified when the jewelry has been assessed.
If Melissa's Jewelry & Accessories determines that any damage is due to flaws in workmanship or materials, your jewelry will be repaired or replaced, however if it is determined that the damage was caused by other reasons, repair charges will apply.
Should you require a jewelry repair on an item after the 30 day period repair fee's will be applied. Items are to be shipped to Melissa's Jewelry & Accessories, and returned to customer, at the cost of the customer.
Due to the nature of hand stamped and hand made products, some of the letters may not line up perfectly, or stamp as deeply, or oxidize (blacken) as darkly as others. This is the charm and look of hand made items. If you would like something more perfect, a place like Things Remembered, where a machine is used, might be a better fit. No two items can be made exactly alike - Please keep this in mind!
Special order items consist of anything that has to be special ordered for a customer. Whether it be for a backordered item, or a custom order request.
When items are ordered to fill a customer order, the customer is required to pay in full (if placed through the website), or a 50% non-refundable deposit, depending on the item.
Should the special order be cancelled at any time, the customer will be responsible for a 25-50% restocking fee.
Should a custom order be cancelled at any time, the customer will be responsible for a 25-65% restocking fee.
Should an item you've purchased be backordered, you will be contacted with 72 hours to make arrangements for either a full refund, or to continue with the purchase. By continuing you will be notified that it can take approximately 2+ weeks for the items to be in stock again. Once the item arrives it it processed inthe order it was placed, then shipped within 7 business days. Normal shipping time applies.
*Special Ordered Items Processing: Special order items are items that are only stocked upon purchase. Once the special order is placed on our end, it can take 3-4 weeks for the items to arrive, depending on customs. Once they arrive, the orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 5-15 business days. Normal shipping times apply on special orders, until airmail, or expedited shipping is requested.
Melissa's Jewelry & Accessories offers gift certificates in various amounts. Gift certificates expire 6 months after the date they are issued.
Please Note: Certificates are not automatically emailed to recipients; Therefore, you will be emailed a certificate number within 48 hours of purchase. You can also request to have a gift certificate mailed ($3.50 shipping fee is applied).
Gift/Discount vouchers expire at the end of each month - unless otherwise specified. Gift vouchers can NOT be combined with any other discount, promotion, or offer. They cannot be used towards shipping costs. Lost voucher codes cannot be replaced Gift vouchers cannot be substituted in any way.
Vouchers are not redeemable on discounted items, or auction items.
